Ripe red fruit, sour cherry, pomegranate, bramble and sweet baking spices. Slightly off-dry and zesty acidity with subtle tannins.

Sharp cheeses, cheesecake, lamb, duck and root vegetables.
Capable of long-term ageing but best enjoyed youthful and fresh.
