Tasting Notes
Our fullest bodied wine, ripe and rich and ready to enjoy. Aromatic notes of dark fruits, violets and black pepper, with flavours of blackberry jam, spice, vanilla, liquorice, chocolate and smoke. Plush, integrated tannins leave you wanting another glass.. or two.
Vineyard Notes
Stagecoach vineyard is one of the most iconic and important in all of Napa. With natural attributes and high altitude, it’s a very special place with some of the best fruit in the valley, exhibiting unmistakable terroir, richness and intensity.
Production Notes
The grapes are cold soaked to extract the intense deep purple hues and then aged in new American Oak barriques for 24 months before bottling.

Rich dark meats and exotic spices are a good match for the generous fruit. Grilled or braised beef, lamb or game meats, 5-spice pork, grilled vegetables, and full-flavoured burgers..
