This wine is made from premium Chardonnay grapes sourced from Beckstoffer Carneros Lake Vineyard.

The oak and fruit blend seamlessly in this wine. Pineapple, citrus, mango betwixt nuances of vanilla, baking spices, almond and toast. Full bodied, rich and complex.
This Chardonnay is made in a french style inspired by the great Montrachets. Barrel fermented and sur lie for 7 months. 100% of this wine goes through Malolactic conversion and aged in new French oak for 12 months.
Food Pairing Notes
Seafood, fish, pork and grilled chickens. Heavier and creamy pastas with a white sauce compliment the textures well.
Drinking well now. Can cellar for 2-8 years. Best served 50°F/10°C.
